Inaugural Lowndes County 4 H Kayak club kicked off this morning on the Tenn Tom! Youth learned about water safety, paddling correctly, getting in & out of kayak while in deep water, various plants/trees along river& to top it off local MDWFP officers also gave education about water safety & there roll as enforcement officers. We would like to give a huge shout-out to Jim McAdory for coming up from Winston County to help us get this kicked off!
