For today’s Meet Us Monday, we have Code Enforcement Officer Sarah Perez. Officer Perez works daily in code enforcement and is a sworn police officer. This allows her to augment sworn staff for special events and other times as needed. She grew up in East Tennessee and has been with our team since 2020. Her favorite thing about Starkville is how supportive the community is to each other and that it’s culturally diverse. She said the most beautiful place she’s ever been is Michoacán, Mexico.
