The Education Committee of the Columbus Lowndes Chamber of Commerce invites you to attend Education Town Hall 5:30 pm Thursday, November 17th, at the Columbus Arts Council in the Omnova Theater. The Education Committee intends to continue the conversation on education in our community.
Local legislators, Senators, Representatives and Mayor Gaskin will be in attendance as well as representatives from local school districts.
Set to last from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., the event is free and open to the business community. It will begin with prepared questions from the education committee, asked by Aundrea Self, the moderator, and end with open questions from the audience.
Members of the public can submit questions in advance to the Chamber by emailing Katie Fenstermacher at kfenstermacher@clchamber.org . The Chamber plans to live broadcast the event on their Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/ColumbusLowndesChamber/.
