On Saturday, March 15, former Starkville Academy standout Colby Allen’s current college team, the Southern Miss Golden Eagles, won 11-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Old Dominion Monarchs.

The game took place at Pete Taylor Park. This was their second matchup against the Monarchs this season.

The Golden Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 16 at 1 p.m. at Pete Taylor Park against Old Dominion Monarchs.
