On Friday, Feb. 21, former Starkville Academy standout Colby Allen’s current college team, the Southern Miss Golden Eagles, won 4-0 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs.

The game took place at Pete Taylor Park. This was their first matchup against the Bulldogs this season.

The Golden Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 22 at 2 p.m. at Pete Taylor Park against Louisiana Tech Bulldogs.
