On Tuesday, Feb. 25, former Starkville Academy standout Colby Allen’s current college team, the Southern Miss Golden Eagles, lost 15-8 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Ole Miss Rebels.

The game took place at Swayze Field. This was their first matchup against the Rebels this season.

The Golden Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 6 p.m. at Lupton Baseball Stadium at Williams-Reilly Field against TCU Horned Frogs.
